After testing and evaluation throughout the 2015 season, Hoosier Racing Tire is proud to introduce a new construction for the left rear of Late Model and Limited Late Models for 2016. Available today from your nearest Hoosier Racing Tire Distributor is the new 11.0/88.0-15 C1000.
“With the constant evolution of Late Model suspensions, we felt it was time to overhaul one of our most long-standing products, the wide 11.0/88.0 left rear drive tire.” explained Hoosier Product Manager Shanon Rush. “With a new, more forgiving construction, the C1000 tire should offer a more drivable feel on entry and exit for those cars and drivers who like additional left rear traction.”
The new 11.0/88.0-15 C1000 will immediately be available in the 1300 compound, with 1200 and 1350 compounded models to follow quickly after. The new part number will be 36750 and the tire will feature improved balance on corner entry while still maximizing left rear drive on corner exit. The large cross block (LCB) tread pattern will remain to reduce grooving time and increase tread durability.
